The restaurant at the Oddfellows has been converted from the original barn. It can seat 60 - 70 with plenty of room. Large parties of up to 50 can be accommodated with the current menu or Chef will be happy to create a special menu. If staying at the OddFellows we always reserve a table for you by default as the food has a good reputation locally and we are often fully booked, especially over the weekend.
The restaurant is where our guests also have breakfast, which can be pre-ordered the night before.
The menu will always have locally sourced products including; Taste of the Lakes ice-cream, fresh fish from Gilcrux, Lakeland steaks, and our own famous dishes such as 'Herdwick Lamb Cobbler' and Steak and Ale pie as well as a good selection of other dishes including Vegetarian dishes of the day and a blackboard with daily 'Alternatives'
Christmas and New Year are always special times at the Oddfellows, and attractive accommodation rates will always be available over the festive period.
